Sciambra Bakery is a long standing Napa Valley hallmark of quality whose history dates back to the 1930’s. With ten delivery routes that serve the Central Valley, Napa Valley, Sonoma, Vallejo, Benicia, Fairfield, Vacaville, Dixon, Davis, and the greater Sacramento area; Sciambra-Passini French Bakery offers fast delivery to a large number of destinations.
Our breads are used by some of Napa Valley’s premier eating establishments, many famous wineries, and deli’s. We have a long tradition of personalized family style service for our customers, coupled with a superior bread quality that has gone unsurpassed for more than three decades.
From the beginning, in 1930, to today, the same standards of quality and customer service remain.
In 2021, Napa Baking Co. was formed. Operated daily with over 60 years of management experience in baked goods.The Sciambra employees have remained on board and stand strong in continuing with the lessons and practices learned from previous owners. This allows what was built almost 100 years ago, to continue today. Community, quality, and customer service.

Our operations manager at Napa Baking Company, has a hands-on approach. Kenneth is often found outdoors, overseeing various tasks around the bakery. Kenneth has worked in the baking industry for over 12 years, learning alongside his father, Ken, which has been both an honor and a privilege.
Beyond his managerial responsibilities, Kenneth enjoys watching the 49ers, gardening, and riding OHVs.
